12 desk notes
A 12:40am chat in mixed Malayalam, a tube-light selfie, a week lock for a family function. We keep the extra day on KYC. We keep the 40-minute Sunday dispute.
Checked 29 Oct 2026. Licence 8048/JAZ.

All twelve. Fours stay in the list with the fives.

Email said KYC would clear in a day. It took two. Address proof was an old bill. Chat said upload a newer one, which I did, and they cleared it. I had to message them once. Four because of the extra day, not because they hid the reason.
Family function. Asked chat to lock the account for a week. They did it. Nobody tried to keep me depositing. Came back, balance still there. That week I cared more about the lock than any market.
Mailed [email protected] at 7:05am with a UTR screenshot. Reply before lunch, credit already on the account, they quoted the reference back. Someone had actually opened the picture.
Asked in Hindi if a bonus was still stuck to a cricket bet. Agent told me the remaining amount in rupees, not in product-speak. I finished it on one more match and withdrew. Saved the chat because I do not trust my memory.
Disputed a football settlement on a Sunday. They sent the official score and the line. I was wrong. Took about 40 minutes. Four because I was wrong and still waited 40 minutes, which is fair, just not delightful.
Live selfie failed once under a tube light. Chat said face a window. Second try cleared. Withdrawal unlocked the next morning. Short, slightly stupid loop, then done.
Live cricket ticket looked hung. Pasted the bet ID. Agent said the feed was delayed. Settlement ten minutes later, matched the scoreboard. I did not have to explain cricket to them, which helped.
Asked chat to set a deposit cap because I could not find it in the cashier on this phone. Cap held the same night when I tried ₹100 over it. Left it on. Writing this so I remember it worked.
Started in English, switched to Hindi halfway because I was tired. Same agent, same window, UTR query finished. Did not get bounced to a new person.
Friday night, first reply in about eight minutes. I had budgeted worse. They asked for the cashier reference once and did not loop the same question. Four because eight minutes is still eight minutes when you are holding a receipt.
Week lock ended. I messaged before depositing because I am cautious. They said it had already lifted. Balance was there. No surprise KYC that morning. Deposited later, not immediately, which is my problem not theirs.
4rabet.com, lower right, while the market is still open. Bet ID in the first line. Hindi and English. Mixed Malayalam got routed, not dumped. Quiet nights: a couple of minutes is common in the notes.
[email protected] for PAN files, UTR disputes, a note for this site. Working-day reply is the honest average. Mail that quotes the UTR back means someone opened the screenshot.
PAN plus a live selfie. An old bill delays it — chat will ask for a newer one. Extra days stay in the card. We do not tidy them.
Ask chat for a week stop. Balance stays. Play does not. If an agent argues, forward the transcript to [email protected]. That is not how this desk is supposed to work.
Within a week of the event. They send the official score and the line. A 40-minute Sunday wait is in the notes. You can still be wrong. The wait stays in the card.
Login or registered mobile — not the password. Bet ID or cashier ref. Hindi or English. Hours and the form are on Contact us. Caps and week locks sit on play limits. This page is what happened after.
