Paytm
Use it when the daily UPI cap is done. Keep the in-app receipt. Same name-match rule as UPI.
IMPS
From the bank app. Photograph the SMS next to the cashier reference. Weekend IMPS before midnight is in one card. That is a report, not a promise.
First cashout
PAN plus a live selfie. An old electricity bill delays it. Later cashouts on the same UPI usually skip the extra selfie. Next working day is common. Overnight UPI is in a few notes.

UTR, amount, IST, UPI screenshot. Chat while the receipt is still on screen, or use Contact us. Essays do not help.
